Albino Rossi, final preparations

The big picture comes to life .... here is how the work that will be performed on the stage of the opening ceremony of the " Season of Asparagus " will come to life on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at the festival square in Terlano:
from a wood canvas that measures 150 x 280 cm, prepared by the carpenter Manfred Kahler, our neighbor;
then the careful selection and preparation of materials from the artist.... Albino Rossi begins to sketch his creation....Here the canvas, still not finished yet, but that you will be able to admire in all its glory as the "chief guest" on the stage in the square of Terlano where the inauguration of the event will be held.

Golf course takes shape

Terlaner tourism board inspects construction site
Appiano - The local branch of the Terlan Hoteliers- and Innkeepers Association (HGV) with local chairman Andreas Sparer and many members of the tourist office Terlan recently visited the site of the new golf course in Unterrain-Eppan. The inspection took place at the invitation of the Tourism Association President of Appiano, Philipp Waldthaler. Owner Alexander Gostner elaborated on the history of the development and gave a detailed planning and construction progress report establishing the 9-hole golf course project. He answered numerous questions of the participating hosts. He also spoke of a planned gastronomic concept in which the asparagus should play a role.
During the tour of the 27-acre construction site the first greens, bunkers and fairways could be admired. The visitors were particularly impressed by the scenic main feature, the large water expanses that have contributed to giving the golf course Appiano the nickname "The Blue Monster".
The golf course will open in summer 2015, with the various tournaments. Innkeepers and tourism experts finally agreed that the new golf course is an asset to the entire tourist region.
